Going on a Weekend Getaway
Planning a romantic getaway is so much fun but it can be expensive. My boyfriend and I are going to meet for the weekend because we go to school about three and a half hours away from each other and have only been able to see one another on weekends. Therefore I am going to get an Orlando rental car and he is going to pick up a Fort Lauderdale rental car and we are going to meet in the middle.
We decided a great midpoint location would be Vero Beach so we are staying in a really nice hotel nearby and we’ll hang out at the beach or go to the local shops for a nice quiet weekend alone. It’s difficult to have a long distance relationship especially when we room with other people since there is no privacy. This weekend will be completely to ourselves and we plan to totally swear off studying.
We really enjoy being together and even though the distance is sometimes difficult I think we are still getting pretty serious. If all goes well than maybe we can make reservations for one of the nicer Orlando rental cars and make plans to meet his parents in Tampa.
